Kick Stress Out Of Your Life !!

  • Practice Deep Breathing. One of the most common reactions to stress is to hold you breath. Several long, deep breaths can restore your balance.

  • Call a friend. A few words of encouragement and support can banish the blues.

  • Eat a healthy diet. Certain foods can exaggerate your response to stress. Beware of caffeine, sugar and salty foods.

  • Exercise. Join an aerobics class, take up jogging, walking or swimming.
